I’ve dedicated my career to mastering the complexities of construction and engineering. From mission‐critical data centers to large‐scale transportation, heavy civil, and manufacturing initiatives, I’ve been directly involved in delivering mega‐projects that demand precision and innovation.
Advancing the Industry
Operating at the forefront of generative AI for schedule optimization, I’ve pioneered 4D Scheduling and even experimented with VR applications. My contributions also include authoring essential CPM and forensic scheduling methodologies, which guide both current and next‐generation professionals in achieving consistent, data‐driven results.
Roots in the Trades
Early in my career, I worked hands‐on as a carpenter, framer, and project superintendent—experiences that shaped my understanding of real‐world challenges. Coupling this tradesman foundation with roles in architectural design and claims analysis gives me a 360‐degree perspective on projects, ensuring every detail is addressed and every opportunity for efficiency is seized.
